Ross “Butch” Kierstead, Branch Manager of Mortgage Planners is responsible for the overall operation of Mortgage Planners residential and commercial lending. His extensive mortgage background has earned him a reputation as one of the areas most knowledgeable and productive mortgage lenders. He and his team are responsible for originating and closing thousands of residential and commercial loans. Prior to entering the mortgage industry he spent over 25 years as a home builder in the Southern New Hampshire area.

Cliff Colquitt is a Senior Loan Officer with primary responsibility for residential loan origination. Additionally he manages the Specialty Lending Division which encompasses all commercial loan programs. Prior to entering the mortgage industry he was President and Founder of Preferred Positions Inc., a New Hampshire based staffing company. Cliff came to Nashua to become the Executive Vice President of The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and served 5 years in that capacity. He received his BA degree from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.

Marcia Robinson, Loan Officer & Reverse Mortgage Specialist,
has extensive experience including 14 years in mortgage lending, 14 years as a NH Realtor, and 4 years as an Associate Professor teaching real estate practice. She is Past President of Partridge Berry Hills Condominium Association, and a past member of the NH Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee. She earned her BS degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Elizabeth LeClaire, Mortgage Consultant, is primarily responsible for conventional and government loan origination, for both purchase and refinance transactions. She also serves as Field Coordinator for the Mortgage Planners “Get Connected” business to business program. A Nashua native, she is well respected in the Southern New Hampshire area, having spent over twelve years as a Realtor and Principal Managing Broker.

Jan Boutilier, Branch Administrator of Mortgage Planners is responsible for company operations, as well as the processing and closing of all mortgage loans. With ten years experience in the field, she is considered to be one of the best in getting our customers loans closed in a timely and stress free manner. In prior positions she worked as a group quote administrator for a major insurance company, and held a position as a legal secretary. Her degree from Hesser College is in Business Science.
